From the harsh streets to the halls of power, 

William's journey was nothing short of extraordinary. Once a homeless teen, and incarcerated, he overcame adversity through sheer determination and the unwavering support of the training institute (TICO). With their guidance, he got a diploma, joined the armed forces, and eventually became a respected advocate for homelessness prevention and affordable housing initiatives in his city. His story serves as an inspiration, proving that even in the face of overwhelming challenges, it is possible to rise above and make a positive impact on the world.
